The opening of Passion For Soles was a dream come true for its owner, local businessman Fred Barratt.

He has been in the shoe industry for over 38 years, before moving from London to Accrington, and taking over the former David Spruce shoe shop on Whalley Road. Accrington.

The children have their very own area in which to have their feet measured and shoes fitted by are own highly trained staff.
